Project Description: Construction of a 13,500 SF two story steel frame and precast addition for classrooms and media center. A 23,000 SF one story steel frame and precast addition for administrative offices and main entrance. Renovation of 96,000 SF of the existing school that consists of 19 science classrooms, media center, 12 new classrooms, 12 existing classrooms, corridors and stairwells. Replacement of existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinklers on three floors in exisiting building. Construction is being completed in phases to minimize disruption to school activities.
