Construction of a 75,000 square foot New Fitness and Aquatics Center that will include a three-station gymnasium with an elevated track, six lane pool, studio spaces and fitness center. This building used a precast masonry and translucent wall panel system for the exterior wall construction while featuring custom phenolic panels.
